Description
Next Tuna is a tuna fish farm with floating, non-propelled barges based on the RAS-X system, aimed at sustainable production.
Insteimed developed the electrical engineering project for the site’s energy concept: a study of available energy sources, focusing on the possibilities for self-sufficiency with the least dependence on the public grid (solar energy, wind energy, etc.), the one-wire HV-LV network distribution diagram of the fish farm, preliminary contact with the local public electricity grid, and the specification of the energy monitoring and control system.
