Site management

We have experience in turnkey projects. That means coordinating design, production and site supervision as a single process, and that coordination is one of the things we are best at.

An electrical job on board runs with the yard, the owner, the classification society and other trades all working at once. Our role is to make sure decisions reach everyone at the same time, and while they are still of any use rather than two weeks later.

We track what has actually been built against what was specified and what was budgeted. A deviation caught early gets corrected; the same deviation found at handover turns into an argument.
