Description
Insteimed designed the new alarm monitoring system (AMS) and power management system (PMS) for the MY Justa Delia, a 40-metre motor yacht, with two 21” HMI screens, located on the bridge and in the engine control room, and two 7” HMI screens, in the crew mess and the chief engineer’s cabin.
The refit included new I/O stations on a Siemens PLC platform, new marine-certified CAT6A cabling, and a new navigation light control system. The PMS was upgraded from Deif PPU2 to PPU3.
The system was integrated with the engine room fans, the CAT main engines and the conning system. The project closed with FAT and HAT testing witnessed by ABS, in Dénia, in 2024.
