Insteimed is an electrical integrator with over 20 years of experience, born from a team with roots in the historic Unión Naval Valencia shipyard. We design, manufacture, and install “turnkey” electrical and automation systems for the marine sector, superyachts, and now, for the industry. We work with cutting-edge technology: PLC/SCADA, Cold Ironing, energy hybridization, and critical resilience systems.

What will be your mission? Technical and personnel leadership on-site for the execution of assembly, maintenance, and repair projects of Low Voltage electrical installations in the marine and industrial sectors. You must have a high problem-solving capacity for incidents involving electric motors, generators, protection systems, wiring, electrical panels, and maneuvers, among others. We also need you to have enough fluency to define and execute work schemes in simple interventions and be able to estimate execution times.

What you will do

  • Direction, organization, and direct supervision of work teams on-site
  • Diagnosis, localization, and resolution of faults in motors, generators, electrical protections, and wiring
  • Definition of simple schemes and basic sizing of lines and protections in direct interventions
  • Estimation and quantification of work times on-site for task optimization
  • Interpretation of complex electrical blueprints (with engineering support), machining, and conduit routing
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and order on board

What we need from you

  • Education: Vocational Training (Medium or Higher Grade) in Electricity / Electrotechnics
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Low Voltage electrical installations
  • B driving license and valid passport
  • Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) in Metal 20h (Electricity Specialty)
  • High availability to travel nationally and internationally
  • Proficiency in blueprint interpretation and leadership skills
  • Fluency in proposing simple electrical solutions and good communication with clients

Nice to have

  • Experience in the marine sector
  • Specific PRL courses (Preventive Resource, Confined Spaces, Working at Heights)
  • Intermediate technical English
