Insteimed is an electrical integrator with over 20 years of experience, born from a team with roots in the historic Unión Naval Valencia shipyard. We design, manufacture, and install “turnkey” electrical and automation systems for the marine sector, superyachts, and now, for the industry. We work with cutting-edge technology: PLC/SCADA, Cold Ironing, energy hybridization, and critical resilience systems.

What will be your mission? Lead, coordinate, and supervise the execution of electrical, electronic, and automation engineering projects in both the marine and industrial sectors, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and the company’s high quality standards. You will also provide your analytical vision and leadership to coordinate technical teams and work in highly demanding environments.

  • Economic control of projects, budgeting, and resource planning
  • Technical management and direct communication with the client

What we need from you

  • Education: Technical or Higher Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Automation, or similar)
  • Experience: Between 3 and 5 years as a Project Manager in the industrial, marine, railway, or aeronautical sectors
  • Demonstrable experience in electrical installations (Medium and Low Voltage) and automation, control, and monitoring systems
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level), necessary for technical management and client communication
  • Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL/CAE)

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in dealing with, negotiating, and managing Project Management, shipowners, or end clients
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures with official Industry delegations for project legalization
  • Prior experience in highly demanding technical and regulatory environments (marine, railway, aeronautical)
  • Knowledge of CAD, electrical design, and calculation software (AutoCAD, Eplan, ETAP, Cypelec, etc.)
